FULL BULLETS PILSNER (ABV 5.2%)
Our classic Czech style pilsner, brewed with the finest European malt and 100% Saaz hops. Light, crisp, and refreshing with a delicate body. Light biscuit and honey malt notes, with just the right amount of floral, hoppy bitterness.

FEMME FATALE BELGIAN QUAD (ABV 9.8%)
A (very) limited release: Femme Fatale — a 9.8% Belgian Quad brewed with cherrywood smoked malt + sweet cherries. Expect Belgian spice, a kiss of smoke, and a sweet cherry finish that absolutely understands the assignment.

We teamed up with Fox and Rave Meadery and TexMalt to create this decadent braggot brewed with Texas tallow tree honey and Texas-grown malt. Smooth and easy drinking with deep cocoa, vanilla, and floral notes — and now officially Gold in Fruit & Field Beer at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup.
